Call charges and information

0845 - For BT residential customers, calls will cost no more than 4p per minute, plus 9.05p call set-up fee (current at October 2009). The price on non-BT phone lines may be different.
0870 - For BT residential customers, calls will cost no more than 8p per minute, plus 9.05p call set-up fee (current at October 2009). The price on non-BT phone lines may be different.
0844 581/811/848 - For BT residential customers, calls will cost no more than 5p per minute, plus 9.05p call set-up fee (current at October 2009). The price on non-BT phone lines may be different. Please check the BT price list for charges for other 0844 numbers as charges vary depending on the 3 digits following 0844.
Calls to 03 numbers will cost the same as calls to geographic numbers (starting 01 or 02), and be included as part of any inclusive call minutes or discount schemes in the same way as geographic numbers.

0845 - For BT business customers, calls will cost no more than 4p per minute, min call charge 5.9p (current at October 2009). The price on non-BT phone lines may be different.
0870 - For BT business customers, calls will cost no more than 11.5p per minute, plus 9.05p call set-up fee (current at October 2009). The price on non-BT phone lines may be different.
0844 581/811/848 - For BT business customers, calls will not cost more than 5p per minute, min call charge 5.9p (current at October 2009). The price on non-BT phone lines may be different. Calls to 0800, 0808 and 0500 numbers are free if made from a UK landline.
